I didn't get accommodation to boracay/batam
I have been trying to contact Rich Revenue for months I've PM them to their FB and emailing them regarding on my accommodation. There was a guy who called me up saying that I need to go down to collect the accommodation but I do not have the time I told him to post over instead and he agree. And after so long of waiting till now no respond. They gave me a card that is useless saying that there will be packages and promotions on flight, but when I check its the same as booking.com, so what is the point of my holding on this card when I paid more then $164 on this useless card. (Please see attached Photos on the card), up till now I am still waiting for their respond as I would Like a refund back. As I didn't even use any of their card facilities. Not worth it
I used the services of the company Rich Revenue Vacations, and I decided to buy lifetime membership. I contacted the seller and asked about prices, he told me that it would cost $100. After I provided required information, the seller sent me password and log in ID, but he charged me for $200. I sent emails and asked about the prices, but I haven’t received any response.
I still have not received my membership card, login details and refund.
I paid $200 to get services from Rich Revenue Vacations. The package they sent me was awful. I tried to change it, but they told me that due to the agreement we signed, it is impossible. I was promised to get cash back. Till now, I still have not received my membership card, login details and refund.
