We paid RFA Corporation to exit our multiple timeshare contracts with annual maintenance fees of $8,000. I was contacted quickly after checking my timeshare eligibility for exit and after calling several other highly (?) recommended timeshare exit companies who were extremely high in their upfront fees. RFA called me back and I was treated well and a reasonable payment was negotiated. We paid upfront for services. After a week we finally were contacted by an agent to fill out multiple forms, along with my contract and deed which was provided by me, so no research there by them pulling them. I had to call back several times after sending back the signed forms via Docusign. Finally heard back from my assigned agent, whose first email went to my junk mail — my fault fixed. We had to sign two additional forms and send back, and then send our request for cancellation via certified mail. Again a wait and then provided proof of receipt to RFA so they could provide the file to counsel for Notice of Representation by Counsel. That was several weeks ago now. In the meantime, our timeshare corporation keeps calling and leaving voicemails and sending emails and letters demanding payment and late fees of our dues for 2026, which were due on June 15. We simply cannot get update calls without calling and leaving voicemails, or sending email with no response. Time will tell.
