I am writing to say that you ppl have made me do the same survey about 10 times last night, and I did all the requirements u asked for can you please explain why you guys don't provide the accurate description of the surveys prior to starting any one of these. U lied to me and numerous people in the past present and I'm sure it'll be the future. I'm cancelling all my orders for these today cause for one I can't afford to keep paying for crap I'm not going to ever use.

I spent over $50 to get the $100 like 9 months ago still have not seen a penny i should get a refund and the gift card

I was down to my last 2 deals when all of a sudden they were all taken from me making me have to start all over again. I filled out so many of them and didn't get credit for nearly any of them, and when I finally did, they took them away. I followed all of the rules, waited 72 hrs. before cancelling and filled out my info. accurately, yet they still took them away, and hasn't even been 2 weeks.

I completed the 10 deals to receive the $1, 000 reward they're offering. They only showed I completed 5. I email all of the other 5 deals they weren't showing. They requested a copy of my license, which I sent. I have made at least seven calls to this company and sent numerous emails. They keep putting me off and making excuses. They tried to offer me $150 twice. They're trying not to give me what I earned. Why would I accept $150 when my goal was to get $1, 000. I did what was required. I want my reward $1, 000 reward.

This company is a disappointment and a lie because they say that completing the required offers you get a reward of 1000 well I completed all my offers and when I claimed my reward they requested my personal documents and I sent them then they told me that my reward had been denied because supposedly my receipt document was edited, which was not true and I explained to them that I printed my receipt directly from the application of my internet and cable provider and my receipt may have been blurred because my printer was low on ink but to These people do not care about my wasted time completing all their offers, my money that I spent paying for it, they have offers up to 100 dollars and you have to pay for it to be able to obtain the reward I sent them everything they requested and in the end I did not They gave no reward, this is a lie, so they take out the money and personal documents so that in the end they do not deliver the assumption. a reward they are not legitimate they are a lie

I have completed over the amount of claims to receive 750.00 in my cashapp and iv wrote them several times and still have not received my rewards with no reply in my email either these claims come out of my bank account and I would not of done this of I knew I wasn't going to get compensation. This is alot to be paying for its false advertising. Especially we all trying to come out of this pandemic and struggling. Now it looks like they r starting me all over I went in today and it said I need to complete 1 silver wells that was the first thing I did last time so I'm unsure what they are doing but this is not right to do us people so wrong and misleading.

I have been waiting over a year to receive the 1000 walmart gift card, I spent 250.00 completed requirements, e-sign, tier 1 and 2, sent proof of identity and residence. Also have evidence of all offers silver, gold, and platinum offers completed. I have emailed and called countless times with no response back for over a year. [protected]@gmail.com

Told me I got a giftcard for $10000 through google if I took offers then gave me run around until somebody random sent me a text. this is the number given +[protected]

In November 2020 I played to win 750.00 cash app by buying silver and gold things. I did everything I was supposed to do and never received anything! I now receive magazines I really didn't want in first place because of this! I have turned in all information needed and still never received anything! Not only that it shows I only got to the 100.00 reward which is wrong! I have wrote you about all this and still haven't gotten to the bottom of this. You have my drivers license and pictures of what the reward thing says which is what's wrong.

So i was told by someone that this was a legit place. Im homeless so i decided to give it a try because i could really use $1000 right now. The person who told me about it said that all i needed was an ID. So I complete ALL OF THE DEALS. Actually over the deals due because some didn't even give me credit. Got to the part where i was to submit my ID and they didn't even let me. They immediately asked for proof of address. I explained I'm homeless so i couldn't provide that i even offered to call or them call me so we can try to verify me better. Nothing. Lack of communication, nobody called during scheduled call time, and they just keep repeating the same thing. So no $1000 and I'm out of about $60-$70 that i could have done something else with. I'm homeless and don't work. I needed that money. If you can't spare to pay for these extra deals they won't you to complete don't do it. Because you may or may not get the reward.

I have completed all the deals for the $750 cash app card and the company's refusing it to send it to me under their terms and conditions on their website it states you can complete a tier one deal every 12 months and a tier two deal every 24 months and they are saying because a tier 1 deal was completed I cannot have a tier two with their website under terms and conditions does not state that it does not say one or the other you can do both

I am on website- Rewarddollars.co and they are refusing to give me my $1000. This is my only source of income. They told me I am violating they program and I can no longer use their platform. This is untrue. I registered with this email address- [protected]@gmail.com and completed all my tasks to earn the $1000 visa reward. They are sending me irrevelant emails after I paid for the reward from [protected]@rzuhelpcenter.zendesk.com. Please fix this situation because the next email I am supposed to receive is from [protected]@rewardsclaims.com. Make this happen- I am so very disappointed

I finished all requirements even got a confirmation email and call saying my money would be direct deposited in my account but it's been 11 days since the call and no reward has arrived.

I've completed all their required offers and connected them numerous times only to receive the same canned response that I need to complete more offers! I've done them all. I think this company might be a scam.

After waiting all the obligatory wait times for things to process there hasn't been any resolution to date. I feel pretty duped and rather upset.

I did 3 silver deals and 2 gold/bronze deals and then the page went to a Thank Tou note with nothing else. No further instructions, links, not anything. I paid for everuthing on my end now it's time for you to live up to yours or reimburse me.

1000 PayPal card. I completed the survey went through the process with my ID and things and u still have not received my PayPal money. I don't know what to do I have waited a month to get my gift Card

I got an alert on my phone, a $750 Amazon card if I completed some questions about my online shopping habits. At the end I was required to choose an offer. I chose a free credit report from:

I had to provide a debit card number for a $1 processing fee. They charged my debit card right away.

And I received this text message:

I texted 'YES', then received this text:

It's Emma! Action is required: to redeem your 750 Amazon Offer!, txt YES to snag a link & check your status- Are you ready? -RZU. Txt not interested to optout

I texted back and asked for the status, but never received an answer.

I assume RZU is Reward Zone USA, LLC.
