Young Home Inspections review: Not paying for services requested

The owner Christina of this company contracted our company on 5/20/20 to complete an assessment. She was very detailed in what specifically wanted our Engineering Firm to do to assist her in a legal matter against a builder. We did as she requested and made site visits to the site. We issued reporting and then invoiced her for the completed job. She then stated that she would not pay the bill except for the site visit, stating we didn't complete our job. We did in fact complete the job to the letter of what she had requested. Not only did she state what she had wanted to our office staff, but to the owner of our company also. Beware of this company contracting work. They seem to refuse to pay their debt.
