I bought this 100 foot hose from Amazon in March. Used it maybe 10 times max. And as I was watering my garden just now, it literally exploded /ruptured.
Where /how do I get a refund for this. It is BRAND NEW.
Other retractable hoses I had bought before had done this as well. But they were 20 dollars. This was 3x the price, so I assumed it must have been a way better one. If I had this for multiple seasons, and it broke, I wouldn’t be surprised. But after just 10 times?! Outrageous.
