I searched for the help on the website www.techvedic.co.uk. I needed to find some way to store my data, because my computer wasn’t safe and secure place. I tried to contact the online chat agent from the website, but they were online all the time. I tried to call them, but the phone was switched off. I don’t understand why they are unavailable all the time. How to reach these technicians?
They didn't help, and the rep was rude all the time
I contacted the company www.techvedic.co.uk several times, but really didn’t like their services and I would be great another company, which could provide tech support. I spoke with the agent, who was rude and refused to explain where the problems were. I asked a lot of questions, because I wasn’t really interested in computers. But the rep didn’t want to meet my needs. Not recommended website.
