I sent wedding video to www.peggybank.com. I received the confirmation email from the company, where they confirmed that the video has been received and that they would need 5 days to convert it. I waited a week, but the rep hasn’t replied to my emails about the video. I think that they want to fool me and I don’t like what has happened with me. I need someone’s advice or help, so please if you know what to and how to get the video back, please contact me then.

I sent old pics to the company www.peggybank.com, but these jerks still haven’t changed them. The rep asked to provide money in advance, and I did as he told me. After couple of days I heard nothing. Now he avoids me and hasn’t replied to my emails and messages. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
