I subscribed to watchindia tv for free trail. After 10 days I tried calling them several times and calll did not go through. I finally sent out email to change my plan to lowest onewwith single channel. I did not receive any confirmation from them. Now they charged me twice for 30 bucks and when talked with support, lady told me that they did send out email asking for permission (?) to change it to one channel. I did not get any email, and they are reluctant to refund the money. Lady on support was so indifferent to the issue that she did not care anything about the issue. Cheaters... and extremely unprofessional... sorry watchindia, you are one very unprofessional company.
