Do NOT do business with this group! We had a similar experience as others today. Our credit card company canceled our card after they deemed this company fraudulent. We started reading reviews and doing our own research and we agree, they do not seem legit.
We went back in to cancel, and they would not allow us to because they said we "activated" our account by accepting a free lunch given to us by them. Marco came in and tried to offer us a discount for 3000 dollars to stay with the group. This even further proves my point. He then refused to give me anyone else's name or number to contact above him. If this doesn't seem fraudulent, I'm not sure what does. Will you please help us find a solution?

Desired outcome: We would like to cancel our contract. We even offered to pay the fees mentioned for cancelation. We were members less than 24 hrs.
Is a reservation service with way higher prices than they promised. Liars.
We were on holiday in April 2022 in Aruba and those people talked us in to buy the membership of VIP Guest Services. They were promising everything and told us if we don't like the service they will refund the money we paid. It was US $2700. I wanted to book accommodation with them but I found out that their prices more expensive than what I can find...
