3/5/2016 Events started 2/16/2016 when I contacted them because their website came up associated with my virus protection Trend. I asked them if they were associated with Trend and did their repairs and they said Yes. They told me I didn't have a virus but my drivers weren't working. I had them fix them for $149.99. That didn't fix the problem, in fact it got worse. They installed Malware for free and that didn't fix the problem. They tried a third day to fix the problem and when they couldn't, Nathan said to take my computer to a repair shop in my town and if they fixed it I'd get my money back. I took my computer to a repair shop in town, the monitor had blown; nothing else. So I contacted USFix and told them. And I had receipts to show them. Then I got a run around, one day after another. The money would be in my account as soon as I received an email. 2 1/2 weeks later, NO REFUND. i HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY PEOPLE INCLUDING THE SUPERVISOR OF BILLING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
