I ordered a pair of UK size 4 Chestnut Classic Tall Ugg boots, paid with paypal, they arrived 26/0/09 but were size 9 in Black! Contacted seller in China who sporadically replies asking for more & more pictures of the boots, shipping label etc as evidence (which I have sent) but so far no offer of exchange or refund. I am happy to return the boots as soon as I receive a refund.

I believe this company to be total scammers - I have discovered that Ugg/Deckers don't despatch from China & the 'sheepskin' inside the boots I have looks, smells & feels fake as well as the label on the heel being slightly wonky. I am also contacting the Chinese Embassy to report this company.
