Dirty, unmanintained, derelict room. Charged 30000 for a week by hotels rental agency. Damp on bathroom & exterior walls. Mould on exterior walls. Both damp & mould are serious health hazards. Many grime collections in corners of rooms. Furniture very worn out & damaged. Beds & units & sofas worn & damaged. Patio chairs dirty. Cigarette butts in patio.
