Buying shoes online.
Hello there. I bought two pairs of shoes online via a online store. I received a order confirmation and tracking information. The tracking information hasn't changed since I purchased the shoes about 1 month ago. I think that this may be a fraudulent site but I am unsure what to do. I have emailed their email address and have received no replies.

I ordered a pair of brown Timberland boots from what I thought was an Australian website.
A month later, a receive a package from China .. a pair of fake white Dr Martens.
Obviously no one answers my emails.
I hate Dr Martens and I hate white shoes 🤦♀️
Does anyone know how to get a refund or how to make this stop at least?
