The date of incident - 02/16/2021
The 4 digits of my account # - 8506
I would you prefer you call me at [protected] as soon as possible. The customer service I received was unacceptable on the date provided. The Representative name is Daryl. The call took place around 9:30 pm. I was misinformed of the possible plans about the Covid relief program, & I had tremendous difficulty understanding the Rep. due to the information he provided and a language barrier.
Resolution - We are having difficulty making our monthly payments due to lost wages and lack of money. We try to be responsible, however most of our vendors like credit cards and banks have been more than willing to assist our with a payment plan and less interest.
