I bought two jackets from SPINPAER on line due to uncertainty regarding sizing with the notion I would return the one that did not fit. Neither jacket fit so I returned them to the address listed on the package and emailed them informing of the return and requested refund. I was informed that the return address was not theirs and not to return it. They offered me a 20% refund of my 125$ purchase. After several email exchanges they increased the refund to 30% with a 10% discount on future purchases. I do not think that is an acceptable response.

I hope this helps others avoid trading with this company. They are not worthy of anyones patronage.

Absolute nightmare. Fraudulent company. They deliberately alter their online pictures of their 100% crappy, worthless products. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The clock didn’t even work once I eventually got it put together via DIY, with super glue. Dealing with customer service was nothing short of an insult to me and an ongoing nightmare. I had to finally give up to protect my mental health.
