fake uggs poor service

The complaint is twofold.
One the total price was £115 the money taken was £126.
The boots were mushroom coloured not chocolate brown as shown on web page. They also felt very cheap, small, with a flaw in one of the soles.
The box was not an UGG box, it was too small so the boots had to be packaged with the tops folded down, consequently they had a crease mark which did not disappear in two days.
I returned them at the cost of €15 making a total of £141 outlay, the refund given was £87.
They have never apologised, refuse to repay the missing £53.

they charged my credit card at the same day
i had to wait almost 4 month for my uggs

they were fake - cheap and I'm still so angry!

I have had some problems with sungaustaliauggboots.com.au i ordered ugg boots mens on the 8th dec 09 recevied 19 days later they did not fit wrong size was to small they look chep sole did not look like uggs do i had to pay import duty£ 22.01to collect them from post office they was not in a box at all just in plastic bags it is now 17th feb just get email to say they have received them refund will be 15%less for processing fee i paid 167.49 au dollors which was £73.67 so i will not get refund in full as there web site tells you they are a rip off do not order from them it cost me less going to bank shop were i got very good serive and great boots.

Why
- False exchange rates
- No info about taxes and custom duties: More than 90 EUR in European Union
- Crazy return policy (15%)
I am angry. No solution given.
