Snow Joe I purchased a Snow Joe iON8024-XR 80-volt iONMAX cordless 2 stage snow blower kit for $687.20, thru Walmart.com, which was delivered on 10/30/

I purchased a Snow Joe iON8024-XR 80-volt iONMAX cordless 2 stage snow blower kit for $687.20, thru Walmart.com, which was delivered on 10/30. When I unpackaged I found a considerable oil spot under the drive case.I contacted Snow Joe thru their website the same day and received a reply from *** asking for details. I provided pics and explained that the oil leak appeared to be coming from the join in the drive train case, and heard nothing more. I used the snow blower three times during the winter and had an oily spot where ever I parked it. Seems to only leak after use.On May 6, I contacted them again thru email and received a reply from *** which informed me the model was out of stock and out of production. I was instructed to send a copy of my receipt to *** for refund, which I did.On May 7, *** emailed me to confirm the info had been received and forwarded to "commerce" for the return and refund process and they will send a prepaid shipping label. The case # at that time was 1315435.On July 1 I contacted them to let them know I had not received the shipping label, but don't have any record of a reply. I called Snow Joe several weeks later and the lady apologized and emailed me a *** return label almost immediately (tracking#1Z3V6A668799748092).I repackaged and the unit, and it was received by Snow Joe on 8/12, and I heard nothing.On 8/19, I contacted them and they "found it" on the dock and would process the refund check. I was told by Chelsea *** it could take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Case # at that time was 1457935.Seven weeks six days later with no check, I called Snow Joe and was told "it's only been 8 weeks, be patient, we don't usually do this". I've waited another 4+ weeks and no check and no correspondence. I contacted them thru the link on the Complaintsboard.com website on 11/13 and haven't heard from them yet, so I would like to move forward with the complaint.
