Never received order
I ordered this on 11/7/2010 told shipped on dec 2010 . last order was shipped to wrong address in wrong part of town by delivery service...guy called me and i went and got them... this order for 11/7/2010 have heard nothing but you show shipped dec 2010.. have not seen hode or hare of cigarettes and am afraid to order more in case doublee dipped in acct help.
Order not received / took my money
I placed an order on July 30, 2010 because the web site said that was the last day they could ship cigs. They wasted no time taking the money for the e-check but I still have not received my cigs. I have emailed several times and have tried to reach them on the phone to no avail. I just received an email saying they mailed them on Sept 24th but according to the site they have not been shipped. I can't afford to throw away the money for 2 cartons of cigs. Anyone have any advice? Smoke Spirits used to be great to deal with but now they are horrible.
I placed my order and they cashed my check but I haven't received my order yet. I have called several times and always get a recording that says "Our office is now closed and will re-open at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow." But they never open and the website has been shut down. Also, on my confirmation email I received from them on my order, nothing shows up and when I first got the confirmation email everything was listed normally.
Have been waiting on an order for over 6 weeks. Have called customer service 4 times with never a return call. They now tell me to get a refund I have to wait until they get the ordered returned from the delivery company. Asked to speak to the customer service supervisor and was told "she hasn't come in for the day". I will not order from this company again and recommend no one else order from them.

I placed 2 orders in July and 1 in Sept. My checks cleared but orders were never received. Site went down and when I called customer service I received a recording that they were not open.
Account charged on aug.30, received no product, sent several e mail complaints to cust. ser. no answer on any of them.
Ordered Little Cigars 9/8/2010. I always got them within a few days in the past, now, nothinng. They took the money out of my checking account, but still no little cigars. Not sure what's up. I've been dealing with them for several years without a problem. Does anyone have any idea?
