Product purchased and abuse and non refund
On the 09/09/15 I purchased a table from Pier Salesperson / Owner at Smart Choice Furniture Shop B07 Auburn Megamall 265 Parramatta Rd Auburn NSW 2144 phone [protected]. Invoice 0050383 amount $1449.00. The Table was delivered on the 18/12/15, on inspection and assembly by the authorized delivery & assembly guys', the base and mid-section of the table were not compatible and the drill holes for the bolts were not aligned. The assembly guy's called the store and relayed a message to me that there was nothing they could do and I would receive a call from the store staff and advise me on the problem, my boyfriend and I were both in discussion with store staff to have this resolved. After unwrapping the table top I noticed it was the wrong color, we ordered a white top and got a green top. After several days of calling the store, and the table being unassembled in the middle of the living area I was not getting any answers or results. Adding to the above issue the table was not in new condition and not like the floor display. I requested a full refund and the table be returned. The staff told me I deserved a full refund but it was up the owner Pier. This went on for several days and eventually I received a call from Pier. He proceeded to yell at me and refused to let me talk. Said he would not give a refund because the table was unpacked, I told him it was his guys that unwrapped the Table but he still refused to listed or allow me to talk. He verbally abused me calling me a fu*^#ng stupid woman and hung up. My boyfriend and I were appalled by this behavior and abuse. We paid for a courier company to deliver the table back to the stores warehouse costing us over $300. We have requested several times to have answers on our refund however have had no reply. This was expensive for us and ruined our Xmas.

Poor service and product not delivered as agreed
I bought an entertainment unit, paid full and agreed the delivery day on the 27 Dec despite I reminded the lady several times that the 27th is public holiday. She said no problem and would be delivered on the 27. Waited until 12 AM today and decided to give them a call. They told me they couldn't deliver today because of public holiday.
