Order a rug about 6 days ago, gave my credit card number, and it was supposed to come in 2 days. When I called to inquire, I could not get through to them after being on hold over 30 min. When I requested a call-back, they called and said there was no operator to assist me, and said goodbye and disconnected the line. What are they doing with my credit card number?
