Activa Honda
hello sir, mam I am vipan mittal from Ludhiana. I bought the vehicle from pioneer Honda (shree dadu auto pvt. ltd.) near GANDHI NAGAR, G.T ROAD, , DHOLEWAL, , Pin-141003.. My vehicle number is PB10FN4287 and activa color is white. Delivery date is [protected]. From the very next week, I met with an accident. In this accident, my activa front part of mudguard, chimta is seriously damaged.. then i took my activa for repair to agency(shree dadu auto pvt. ltd.).. After few days, the dealers call me (From pioneer Honda agency) that your activa is totally repair, you come and check it... when I came, I am totally surprised to see the repaired part of activa, there is very big color difference between original paint of activa to repaired paint of the activa.. when, i question to the workshop manager regarding these color difference, he told me that the Honda company provided these type of the poor quality colors to paint the repair / damaged part of activa and also use same poor quality of colors in new activa... I said that i am not satisfied your service, pls do the same paint in repaired part of activa.. i am also said that i want to click the photos of this activa, so i told your head office, how you treat the activa and me...but dealer don't allow me to click the photos of activa and company workshop manager misbehaved me and said i dont want customer like you, which are not satisfied... i am having many customers to deal, pls don't waste my time. I am really disappointed with the service of Honda activa .. i had a lot of expectations, but Honda activa has not fulfilled my needs. I fed up with the attitude and the service of the dealer.. This is the worst service i have never seen... I am requesting Honda to do the same paint in repaired part of activa.. Kindly take some strict action towards it, as it regrades the reputation of Honda... if no action is taken .. i may to be constrained to redress my complaint legally.. i hope wiser cousels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step...
