5 heated vests and 2 sets of sport bras
Oct 3rd, 2019 purchase 5 heater vests that you see on tv also. The vests arrived somewhere in the end of november 2019. They arrived thru a po box in california. The vest arrived and they were the same size even though they are listed as large and extra large. The are missing a major part which is the battery charger. I purchased thru paypal and contacted with no help at all from them. They told me that they contacted the seller and they agreed to take them back if I sent to thier address provided. Guess where that is? China. They wanted me to pay for the defective merchadise to send back. Paypal will offer to help shipping cost up to 30.00 but you see it has to go to customs and three reputible co's stated it was $340.00 or 280.00 and 300.00 but you see the whole purchase was only $224.95. Defective and they want me to pay for return. So I get $224.95 and they get the balance. This was fedex, ups, usps. I feel I should not have to pay for the defective merchadise to china but would have sent to calif. The seller refused. So reently I contacted paypal several times because their webpage states if a major part is missing they would pay for return. Thats a lie. I contacted the state attorneys office in fl who will be investigating them. The fbi for internet fraud. This is not the only product two weeks before the pruchase of vests I purchased under garments with defects too. The padding missing on one side of the bras.
I was advised 2 ways to handle this. 1. Accept half the funds back. 2. Send back and get ripped off more. I am in the processes of writing to federal trade commision and our local congress person to see what their opinion is. I even asked the customer rep and supervisor who the ceo was and they told me that privledged info. Really I told them who he was by goggling it. He is from my home town in nj funny huh. I am not going to stop until this company is not allowed to rip people off and stop selling defective stuff. Figure you have 100 people ripped off by $150.00 that a total of free funds to the company of $15, 000.00 clear for selling defects.
This is disgusting and should be illegal too. Paypal is going to be investigated to for their webpage stating major parts missing which would be the chargers. When they offered me to keep the product I was like are you serious? What do you think I can do with them?
