Shandong Shenqiang Steel Pipe Manufacturering Co., Ltd reviews and complaints

Our company ordered 22+40+94 containers of seamless boiler steel pipes, hot rolled steel sheets, cold rolled steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets from above mentioned supplier. After received first shipment of 22 containers we found missing quantity of around 200 tons in total in those 22 containers. 2nd shipment was just partially received 10 out of 40 containers, missing around 90 tons. Current situation is that supplier does not want to release 30 containers from 2nd shipment, we paid all balance for 40 containers already and 30% deposit for third order 94 containers which is not shipped.

We tried to negotiate with supplier to fix the issues but every meeting ends in them requesting to receive balance for 3rd order.

Supplier also have many websites from which they promote their business.

We received our 1st order from the supplier in August 2021 & our material was short. We took it up with the supplier & they acknowledged that they short supplied & said that they would add it to our next order which was to be received in December 2021. They even sent us a promise letter to say that we would receive our short supply with the next order but on receiving our order in December 2021 there was even more material short including the shortage from the 1st order. I am also attaching a copy of the promise letter received from the supplier.
