Dealer service issue
i would like to make you aware that my scorpio rj-02 ua-2273 was having a.c cooling problem. i had visited the dealer 3 times for this issue and the dealer charged money every time. at last the dealer said that the a.c filter was not present in the vehicle. the dealer said the problem arose with the filter not present in the vehicle. i have been daily calling the customer care but there is not response from it. who is responsible for the filter not present in the vehicle is mahindra or the dealer?
i would also like to make you aware that all the service and maintenance have been with the dealer. then why the dealer is charging money every time for the same problem?
i have also taken extended warranty of my vehicle.
poor service
I buy a new mahindra scorpio vlx on 31 august 2012, from the date of purchased the feature of cruise control is not working
on the 1st service of my vehicle i said to the service adviser that the function of cruise control is not working, & the unknown sound is coming from the tail gate, brakes are not working properly.& car washing is also not done in proper way.
The total staff of A.Automovers service is very careless and arrogant. The problem in my vehicle is same before the service and after the service, no service done by the service staff. They are not provide better service i am totally disappointed. what can i do.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have purchased Scorpio VLX from Star Automobile Satna (M P) Vehicle is having Serial no B2C32419 Date of purchased is 18/4/11, registration no is CG15B 7119.Transmission system is not working properly since begning.made lot of complaint but no responce so far.my contact no is [protected]
