upon calling to pay my Maurices bill a gentleman came on the line asking if i wanted a 100.00 gift card for 2.95 processing fee. I said sure but while on the line I noticed my credit card was processed for 4.99 so i told him to cancel because 4.99 is not 2.95 he didnt and now I am seeing 23.45 being charged to my card. I am so angry and annoyed. Scam Scam Scam!

I knew nothing of this until I recieved a letter on saturday nov 12 2022 with no date when it was mailed I called the number to cancel and its a wrong number apparently this has been happening for some time. Times are so hard everywhere, and inflation. Its the holidays and your company is stealing from old people on fixed budget im also a cancer patient shame shame on your company! I want my money returned immediately you have no idea the hard ship that missing money from my bank at the end of the month caused. Please do the christian thing and give my money back

My fraud dept contacted me yesterday about this company attempting to withdraw Money from my account.

This is the message I received below:

“FreeMsg: Verify Wells Fargo activity. Card 8022 $23.87 @MVQSAVINGSZOO.com Reply Y if recognized, or call [protected]. STOP to stop msgs.”

This occurred last night 7/22/22. Today 7/23/22 at 9:06am my banks fraud dept called again and I am going to have to get sent out a

New card

And get a new account number. This is a major Inconvenience and I just experienced identity fraud and had to do this with another scam artist. I have barely used my new debt card and account . So I do not know how my card info was used when only my bank and billers know my information. I wish this company could be com put on a major fraud campaign and placed on social media to warn other.

Unauthorized charges for services I DO NOT WANT!

I do not have a specific date/time, only that it was approximately 30 days ago.

Their customer service representative was a foreigner with a VERY heavy & barely intelligible accent who refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

Cancel my membership IMMEDIATELY!

I am NOT going to pay $23.87 monthly for something I did not order or authorize.

I never applied for this and I received this in mail today.

I do not know what this is nor how my bank account # was acquired...$23.87 has been taken from my account illegally... If I am not credited to my account for the 3 payments I will proceed further with the better business bureau and attorney general. My account ends in 6087 if this helps. I am 80yrs old and cannot tolerate or mentally handle this type of abuse and will have my lawyer address this if it is not taken care of. Thank you for your time. The telephone number they give does not answer.

I did not approve the $3.99 charge on my credit card on 8/12. I would like it reversed

I have asked to be taken off of this membership that I did not agree to. I've already had my bank call and cancel it and do a reversal and you still took out another payment this month. I want my refund back to my account and to drop this Service!

I want to cancel my membership. I am no longer interested. I never gave my permission for you to be part of my account. I thought that I had canceled you prior to this time period, but I guess I forgot to do so.
