Reachnetwork. Pro took money, sent zero traffic
REACH Network says they offer keyword search, desktop and mobile display traffic. They charge from .0003 to .01 per click, and are supposed to use high quality traffic sources. I, for one, didn't receive anything they sent me, and their duplicitous ### traffic manager, Dmitry Hodosok, refuses to refund or offer any credits when the traffic isn't delivered. Reach Network tells people that their reporting and Google Analytics reporting is 10% wrong - I loaded $50 onto my account for a test run, and they depleted my balance within a few hours and BLAMED ME for it instead of doing the right thing. I provided proof, and the company still refused to help me! Avoid these fraudsters like the plague, and use other traffic sources from Fiverr instead.

Took money, failed to deliver PPC traffic
Reach Network (reachnetwork.pro) operates an off-brand PPC website where people put their hard earn money into the hands of some British-born website that supposedly offers high-quality traffic.
I was just taken for a ride by this company and my contact person, Dmitry Hodosok. I placed my first $50 deposit with them, and they failed to deliver 15% of my traffic...the contact individual was unresponsive, and told me several times "we cannot issue credits because we won't make money." Finally, he caved and gave me $10.00 back (although I lost about $20 worth of clicks that just 'went astray'). Then, I deposit $50 more, and they failed to deliver an astounding 80% of my order! I have attached pictures for proof to show you that I was supposedly sent 20, 000+ visitors, but only 3, 900+ registered on Google Analytics. All I get told is 'We will look into it.'
Avoid this company, their duplicitous practices and help bury Reachnetwork.pro before they rip more people off. I must now battle with my bank to get my money back.
