RapidKL Improper driver conduct

Good evening, Just earlier today around 7-8pm I boarded one f your company's bus license plate WUW 4041 U63 or 707. I was due to go to USJ5 in which I asked the driver whether he would pass there and he said yes but after awhile and much turning, he stopped at USJ13 and told me to get down and catch another bus as he does not pass USJ5. I do believe that the driver is at fault as he did not provide accurate answer as to where his area would be. Furthermore, I have waited for half an hour for him to arrive and was not keen to wait any longer. Another matter is that the same driver's driving skills. As a company who provide transportation and services to the community, he should practice care when driving. Instead, he use the brake system very badly as he does sudden brakes at every stop he makes. Thank you and I hope I get an appropriate answer soon
