never recieved order
website says 3 to 5 days delivery and after 2 hours of placing order they sent me an email saying my order had been sent to the shipping department and promptly charged my credit card and now after two weeks without recieving my order they wont respond to any emails and they never answer the phone and the mailbox is always full so you cant leave a message i wish i had read these message boards before i got ripped off if anyone else with this same problem has any advise on how to get my money back or how to contact these people please let me know, thanks
only received 3/4 of order
i placed an order around 12-19-09 i received the 3 dvds i orderd but the other item was never delivered. i looked up the phone numbers and called and every number i called was not in service. so i e-mailed them and i have got no response

I am in similar situation. I did order 6 DVDs on 7/27/13. They charged my credit card on 7/29/13. As of today (8/15/13), I hvae not received the order yet. I will be contacting my bank to dispute their charges. Sidney
They screwed me last October 2011 took my money no delivery
