QT reviews and complaints

I really don't want to complain about something like the use of restroom qt offers out of the kindness of their corporate hearts but if i don't say anything I feel someone might get hurt over an easily avoidable escalation with the already overwhelmed officers, specially in low income area. If you're offering a free service and people drive alll the way there, better communication might help. I drove last night to a Qt, having no where else to drive to for some human needs... A full to the brim bladder. It was around 2am i think. Walked all the way to the restroom and saw a sign at the door. No signs of cleaning or anything and i heard the lady yelling from the registry i think, saying restrooms are closed. I cracked the door ajar to look if it was occupied, it was clean and empty. Now i know i should have heeded her words, but it was either use the urinal or pee right where i was standing. As i finish doing the deed, at the sink to wash my hands, this officer with dreadlocks walks in yelling about some corporate law i have never hears or even knew i needed to, apparently regulating this kind of situations, requiring the officer to tackle me down to the ground. Ut was surreal because of the reaction of the officer didn't match the issue at hand, making me think this has happened before and or he was just tired. He said get out i said done, ibwas walking out, telling him to calm down. He kept yelling I need to listen or he will handcuff me, citing again that law. I told him he was abusing his power. I felt his foot on mine as i walked out, telling him i was walking out, as ordered. He kept yelling till i locked myself in the car, telling him this was abuse of power. And drove off. Now im not writing this out of a bruised ego, it sure didn't feel right the girl at the register directing this guy because her ego was bruised by me not listening...ok i said i wasn't gonna write from an egotistical point and i just did...hmmm...you figure it out. Youve been doing this for a long time and I really enjoy coming to qt. This 8s way above my paygrade but I feel i could fix it with a set schedule so people don't bring their stretched bladder on the bridge to nowhere. An open and clear communication about when a free service is closed, hopefully on a predictable and honest pattern, as opposed to the whims of a tired or burnt out staff in the dark hours of the night that will more than likely escalate easily and bigly, to quote President Trump...believe me! Lol. So please make qt and its restroom great again, I can see all that you already suffer from, do for your customers and feel bad about complaining... and im back to the beginning where i really don't want to complain about something like the use of restroom qt offers out of the kindness of their corporate hearts. Oh and about the jalapenos tray for the hotdogs, along with all the other condiments there .. does it have to be so far back under that glass or plastic tiny awning? You have to be a contortionist... Yesterday afternoon I went to QT in McDonough to buy something to drink that coasted 1.27 then I left from QT to go home but when i got home I checked my comdata acount and it said that I had 33 and so I called to complain but no one could give me a sright answer bc I know that amount was wrong bc I'm supposed to have at least 209 in my account and I don't know how or who had my information when I had my information on me at all times yesterday but I just want the money back on my card ASSAP

Gas pump shuts off over $1.00 before purchsed price. This has continued at same store after Ive complained once. Have compared it to other stores & their pumps @ Valero shuts off.25c before purchase price. QT on 820/Rufe Snow shuts off.50c before purchase price. It's a problem when it's over $1.00! My car is small @ cost $5.00 for ea quarter of tank. When I purchased $15.00 my car registered @ just 1/2 tank instead of 3/4 of tank. Am unhappy & feel ripped off over & over. I've brought this complaint to customer service yet the issue is not resolved.

Stopped in QT in Concord NC Hwy 601
Went in to buy some dip-Red Seal.
I buy it by the roll and they are usually in a drawer or on top of the case. The clerk was not finding it and I suggested that it was wrapped in the yellow paper, he turned and and angrily stayed "That's wintergreen"
He continued to huff and grunt while looking. I sat my drink down and said he can keep the drink, that he was not very nice.
I then did use profanity at that time. And let him know he may be in the wrong job.
A young female then arrived assist me. She went straight to the area and found the red seal dip.
This same bald headed Caucasian male was snappy with my wife a week or so ago.
She went in for a roll of dip and was told there was none. She asked if he could order some extra rolls and she would return the next day or the day after to pick them up, she asked when the order would come in.
He stated that the item is ordered but sales out, that's why she asked if he could add to the order since it was selling out so quickly.
He then stated that he can't help that other people come in and buy it all up, she replied,
Yes I understand that it is a big seller so maybe if you order more the store wouldn't run out so quickly. He said that he can't and that he can't save her any. His tone and deliverance was very smart and gave the impression to my wife that she was stupid in even discussing the supply and demand of the product. Maybe he is in the wrong job.
