Private Internet Access Pia vpn

For quite some time PIA has been throttling me to the point the web page will not even open. I switch back to DR Web Security Space and log on effortlessly.

The real issue is I wanted a pro rated refund a long time ago but it takes an act of GOD to get anything done.

When I log on to Wash DC I do not expect to see Big 5 Chinese on my eBay page.

This service is terrible.

Private Internet Access Refuses to refund 2 year renewal charge of $69.95

My renewal was charged $69.95 on my credit card 12/20/20 after that my access to its service apt was stopped. So I contacted PIA and was told that they no longer support my OS 10.12.6 and I would have to upgrade to a newer OS. I replied that my mac mini couldn't upgrade any newer OS and I wanted a refund. I have requested again and I am being ignored.

Desired outcome: Refund by check.

Private Internet Access Failure to approve refund

Avoid this VPN provider. When their tech staff is unable to establish service, a refund request is required AND within 7 days. If request is not requested in 7 days, a request is kicked to a second level for approval. Huh? Who does that? Why?

If it gets approve then the "stall dance" begins. Information is requested. Fair enough. The goes on for some time and when you are exasperated and demand the refund they say you do not qualify for some obscure reason.

There are other VPN service providers out there who have a better customer service approach and I suggest you utilize there services. Private Internet Access is owned by a company out of Great Britain named Media Trust which may explain the non-existent customer service standards.
