Aq beli tiket 2 Feb 2024 utk board pd 24 Feb 2024 sbb ada easybook diskaun. bila tarikh kejadian, satu jam menunggu baru diberitahu bahawa trip cancel sbb bas digantung, THE [censored]? So aq kena mintak refund dan terpaksa beli tiket lain. Mind you, aq patut board bas 12:30 AM, diberitahu trip cancel 01:15 AM, next avail bus 8:00 AM. Aq harap owner company bankrup sampai mengemis kat tepi jalan.

Permata Utara Sdn Bhd Bus trip

Date: 13th August 2023

Trip: From Amanjaya to TBS station

The bus was supposed to be here on 6:46PM. The actual departure was unknown. I had to take an alternate way for in case the bus was abducted by aliens as usual, so I left after waiting for 1 1/2 and hour.

The sign board initially displayed “delayed” has gave up showing nothing of this company any after delaying half an hour.

Checking with the counter, she mentions it is still “delaying”, while she silently hisses “the bus operator refuses to pick up the call”. Well this is really a promising phrase.

As I checked other reviews, seems that this is not just an accidental event but their usual routine.

Desired outcome: Please for goodness sake, come on time or cancel it with a prior notice.

Tiket pukul 7.01pm 2 jam lebih kene sidai terlalu lama melampau sangat. lepastu suruh kitaorang tukar bas kat alor setar. ada yang duduk tangga. kitaorang student lepas kelas kene tunggu lama nak balik dahla balik jauh bukan dekat. patut pon review buruk. service paling buruk and contact number out of service. tak ada infrom pon lambat atau bas rosak atau...

Travel: JB to Ipoh Date: 30th April 2022 Time: 10:15 (according to ticket, but depart at 11:30) Reason: Another pasar bus operator, do not care about passage seats, as long as can fit in, will be fine. Delayed departure due to hassle around to fit all their passengers. From JB to KL took 4 hours then stopped for 1 and half hour at road aide...
