PayFast reviews and complaints

My gripe is with PayFast. Here is my synopsis as background.

I placed an order with PC Link Computers in November. The goods have not arrived and there is no communication from them even though I have emailed. The phone number given does not exist.

My complaint here is that PayFast appears to be ignoring an obvious scam by continuing to provide service to these scam artists.

It appears as if PayFast is just to keen to get their money at any cost, even if the cost is doing business with a shady bunch like PC Link.

Shame on you! Where are your ethics? What is the next shady lot that you are going to service? Do you not do credibility checks on your clients? I suppose not otherwise had you been an honourable company you would have walked away from their business a long time ago!

PC Link Computers = PayFast = theft of your money. WATCH OUT for Payfast!

I purchased blenders from Shopcom, online store in South Africa, and made the payment through Payfast. After weeks of not receiving my goods I reported the matter to payfast as my payment was made through them and asked help to get my money back. Pretty much like the scam artist, Payfast is also giving me the run about. Please help me at [protected]@gmail.com
