Patriot Title reviews and complaints

The employee Kip Edwards has committed tax fraud with many clients of his. He gets the average person back $8000 or more and they get audited because he puts false information. He does everything via email so he never gets any signatures from his clients but still submits paperwork to the IRS on their behalf. He needs to be in jail. He preys on those that don't understand the system and he preys on minorities.

It was common practice for Patriot Title (PT) to perfomr title services for clients with high-risk (low credit scores) clients for various, national lenders but then siphon off the contact information into a private database so they could contact them via PT's own mortgage company. This is ILLEGAL in many states, but at the least unethical in any state. The owners are part of the full housing/mortgage problem that cascaded nationally and should be held accountable!
