returns process : order # 4462954 : pkg arrived 12.27.2018
PatPat.com requires a slew of information to be emailed regarding orders that need to be returned. Upon providing all the information (including the photos they request), their site says that my email correspondence will be acted upon within 24 hours. This is not so. It's been over two days. I look up the company phone number as they don't advertise that on their site, and when calling, I receive a repeated recording. After listening to the repeated recording for three minutes, I was finally able to leave my name and number. I do not expect a return call back. I will be calling my bank to see how to resolve this charge. I will not order from PatPat.com ever again, and I will make sure to inform all my friends and neighbors what an unprofessional experience I've had.

cheap, poorly made clothes. customer service is a joke. you deal directly with china.
Received my order of 4 items a month after placing the order. Disappointed with cheap quality of fabrics and workmanship. Contacted Customer Service 5 times. Each time someone different sent me a request for photos, description of items, measurements of items, etc. I responded promptly with each request. Finally, someone in China wrote me and asked if I would consider a 50% refund as my shipping costs back to China would be more than what I would receive with this 50% offer. In desperation, I agreed. I will never order from PatPat again and suggest the readers of this review do not either.
