Purchased an AK-D rifle from PSA. Have been having trouble dealing with the technicians at your company. Filed complaint first time all the tech was concerned about was he thought my rifle was not compliant with New Jersey law. It is buy the way. Called again person on the phone said file another complaint. But it wouldn’t take my email so I had to use my wife’s email. Second tech asked me for my address and the serial number of the rife . Then no other contact. I sent pictures showing that the rifle is very inaccurate. I showed targets distances and type of ammo used. I would like to get this rifle fixed , I paid over a thousand dollars for it and is useless to me.
Claimed loss: Can’t use rifle
Desired outcome: Have PSA fix rifle
Online Order
I ordered a Colt 4 inch Anaconda on 08/07/23 and I never received an order confirmation or order number. I have tried the virtual teller and the chat line which are are no help as you can not talk to anyone or send a chat without the order number. These conversations are supposed to be recorded. Also I tried the listed email that is no longer monitored anymore and sends you to the same chat and virtual teller ad above. The store front folks say they can’t help either. How can I get my order number to cancel this order as I am very frustrated with not being able to get any information on my order.
Desired outcome: Order canceled and credit card refunded
Shippinng to an FFL in a state I do not reside in
I live in a very remote area of Virginia. in the past I have used an FFL in West Virginia which is close to my residence. Now for some reason a new policy is in place placing my order on hold because PSA can not longer ship to a FFL which is different than my residential state. There are no full time FFL's in my are within driving distances.
I have been forced to select an FFL that is not a full time business and has questionable ethics.
Not happy about dealing with situation PSA has placed me in.
Desired outcome: Allow legal firearm transfers to legal FFL's no matter which local state they fall in..
