I have hire an attorney now and am in the process of suing Ray and own your billboard. Ray will take your money and promise to build you a trailer and promise deliver to your front door. Led built outs
The completed product in the LED build out on a truck chassis is not acceptable in any industry terms. The paint job has drips and the body is rusting because it was not primed before painting. The equipment provided on the truck is from China and does not work properly. The generator installed is from China and only came with a Chinese written operating manual, which is useless. Own Your Billboard company and Ray Garcia should not be able to do business. They do not honor their Warranty Terms and Conditions to which was signed by Ray Garcia and will not communicate with paid customers. I believe Mr. Garcia is a liar and a cheat nor a man of his word or the companies policies.
