Orange Spain 4G en casa

I changed from Vodafone to orange.es 4G en casa because Vodafone unlimited became unreliable. After two months of reasonable speeds, I noticed that the speeds dropped to 3kbs. I use the 4G en casa to watch television and it is no longer possible. I contacted Orange only to be told that unlimited data is actually limited, currently 30gb a day. As my new router from Orange has the ability to connect 32 devices and all their publicity says that this is an alternative to fibre, they are in breach of contract but refuse to cancel my contract without penalty. As with other users, I would advise anyone who wants to use 4G en casa for television or any form of streaming to find another supplier. Vodafone maybe a little slow on occasion but it is truly unlimited.

Orange Spain requested cancel contract and they don't do it

I have tried to contract this company to cancel my fiber contrat which period of obligation is gone already, i have send enumerous emails wit no answer and they keep trying to bill me. When i call customer service they hung up on my face.

This is the worst company ever, i feel robbed and i will make sure to post this on every social media channel i find.

I want the contract canceled i have no period of contract anymore, my rights are not being respected.
