On February 8th at 1:45 p.m. I had an appointment at the optical outlet. I waited a long time to be seen the eye doctor. He called me back never friendly very cold I asked questions and could never get an answer. Went out with my glasses that I wanted cuz I already picked them out, sat down at where I was told. We were on vacation in Sarasota Fl. Took my 7 year old son to have an eye exam from a very good optometrist.. Thought we would save a little money and go to Optical Outlet to get his glasses... 2 pair for 190 after taxes and a rush for next day ready... When we left I noticed he was walking funny, like he could not see right... Took the glasses back to the person who gave exam, they put them on a lensometer... the first pair, each lens was off, too strong... the second pair, not only were they off even worse, but they were backwards...demanded refund, they said since we paid with cash, we have to get a check from headquarters... this was a week ago, and still haven't received a check... made a call today and they did not even have my sons records on computer.

With VSP Ins my wife and I went for reading by focal glass. We are 62 and 61 of age. Eye exam done and ordered frame and glass.
Asked for upfront payment. We paid $476 with my debit card. When glasses picked up both are like single vision glass and frame
cracked. Returned to the Manager, but refused to refund money.
I want to warn all people that the company eye doctors Optical Outlet is the worst company ever. I went to this company and wanted to buy glasses, but they gave me fault prescription and told me that I would use to the glasses. After 4 days I returned and told to change them, but they refused and also they told me that they never refund. So be careful if you buy from this company or leave comments about your experience with this seller.
