Novel Electric Heater review: I got the heater today but it was without stand

Asalam-u-Alaikum. I ordered Novel Electric Heater white in colour from Daraz online shopping. I got the heater today but it was without stand. I checked the box again that maybe a stand is in the box but it was not there. Order was placed by the name of Ghazi Bin Shaheen. I always order from Daraz online shopping and never had a bad experience. This is the first time it happened. Please look onto the matter ASAP.
