Mycreditreport.com unable to contact to cancel trial membership

Took a survey - was thrown onto this website for a "tgrial" membership and credit report from all 3 credit companies. Received one email only - not the report, and then could NOT FIND PHONE NUMBER TO CANCEL FURTHER REPORTS. My credit card is still being billed for monthly "membership." PLEASE send me a phone number so I can do so - and make them post one on their website that does not require the report number - I never got the report!

I found the name TransUnion Interactive. Inc at the bottom of their website ( small print ) so I looked up site and found this address and phone # :

I called and got an answering machine, sounded like he said his name was Steve Cats.

The site stated a 60 day free trial period before charging $14.95 for service. I signed up less than 14 days ago and already had the $14.95 deducted from my checking account. When I called the toll-free # on my checking account I got through, but when I chose #1 to talk to someone a recording said "The number you called is no longer in service"

I fell for the "free" credit report scam where you can 30 days to cancel report. This is a disgrace when I called the telephone number [protected]) I was told by 3 different customer service reps that they are not affiliated with this company! Does anyone know how to cancel this damned rip off credit reporting company?

Advertise that you have 30 days free of checking your credit reports and scores...I was charged $29.95 and told I would have all 3 reports-score and complete access - UNLIMITED - for 60 days...The only thing they don't tell you is that you cannot log on to your account w/o paying again...TOTAL FRAUD !

I am not being allowed to cancel my membership with this website.And I would like my dollar refunded.Their policy is, you have seven (7) days to cancel and get your refund back.Now they are telling me I have to wait two(2) days before I can cancel my membership.

my credit report .com doesnt leave options to CANCEL on website and cant find a phone number to CANCEL the monthly withdraw from my checking acct. and im still unable to CANCEL !

I want to cancel my trial offer but have no way of doing so they do not have a way of doing so on the web site. I do not want this and do not want to be charged for it. I signed up on 07/07/2010 an with to cancel before my trial is up

I have entered the website address to cancel my rial membership and there is no way to contact them to cancel my trial membership by phone or online. It appears to be a scam.

never even saw my credit report and the did charge me 14.95 and its going to continue and i want to make it stop they tricked me it was only gonna be a one time deal but their is no phone # to cancell

Mycreditreport.com Cannot Cancel

Since filing my complaint earlier today. I have now found the CORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CANCEL THIS REPORT! Hurrah it is :

call this # [protected], and u can get your free trial cancelled, I did! the person who posted this number, thank you! If u have trouble cancelling, especially if u use mycreditreport.com. This number is in service and I got the trial canceled. I believe they can cancel even if u use another creditreport name. give this # a call!

That number is incorrect to cancel. I called [protected] and it said the number is no longer in service.

Mycreditreport.com Cannot contact for cancellation

The information given was to cancel, within 3 days, without financial penalty. I tried to do so and the site would not allow me to send the complaint.

I hate this company. I wish with every fiber of my being that they will go out of business. It is totally ridiculous that you CANNOT cancel their stupid membership online. Obviously it's a giant scam. I can't even write the things I want to right now they are so severe. AAGhhh!

The website is actually www.creditreport.com The only time it will go to mycreditreport.com is when actually go to the first website I listed and then click on member login.

Ii've been trying to cancel this company for months and can't get it done. The bank won't stop it because it's an automatic deduction based on my debit card. Experian won't help because it's not there issue. SCAM! Has anyone been able to find them or know who to go to for help. It's $19.95 per month and now that I'm on disabilityI simply cannot afford. HELP!

This is a giant rip-off! I do not undertand why the FTC has not closed them down. I was NEVER able to get any info but I was charged for 2 months before finally getting them to stop! B Freeman

This is rediculous! It's a scam and something needs to be done legaly. No contact information for the company although they made me create a username and password but there's no where to input that.
