Voip Discount unknown calls are incorrectly charged from my account

Sir / Madam, I am using voip discount calls for making international calls and most of the calls i make to india. Today (17/08/2013) i found my credit balance shows 0.01 euro and when i check my calls details in my voip account, there were some calls to unknown numbers listed. Here i am very sure these calls are not made by me and these error may be made due to technical issues. Kindly help me to get my balance 8 euro back as it was showing 8 euro on 16/08/2013. Please verify and help me to get my right balance amount back as possible. Here i have attched the calls details list.

I am unable to buy Credits by using my other Debit Card ( VISA Card). [protected] ) Kindly help me out ASAP.

from last 2 years i was used my ICICI Bank card MASTER Card [protected])

they charged my visa two times, but don't let me make any calls. They don't have customer service or any contact numbers, they have only emails, but never replay to any of my emailss, at the same time they keep charging me.

Voip Discount voucher

Hi am suresh working with food mark group in qatar am using voip discount network for my family for a cheap calling to my home, unfortunately I forgot my account details and unfortunately deleted my account I mean password and my user name so I bought one new voucher of voipdiscount and opened new account and filled my voucher in that new account then didnt realised that my account has went in to new account can you please resend my amount in my new account those details are.
