Ordered two packages of the giant tomato trees special as advertised on TV, but through their web page. Order was supposed to be 6 plants in each group (one seed per pod) for $15.00 plus handling. Received confirmation of the order and the price which was $ 57.00. Parcel came, with four packages 2 supposedly as ordered and two free packages as not ordered...

my magic garden return policy

I was watching an add on T.V. it looked so great awsome blueberries and giant tomatoes, thought wow what a great way to have a easy garden on the padio yada yada...we called and started to order one of each, through or credit card so far we agreed with the price, when we reached the end of the ordering process we disagreed with the price it was a whopping 59.95 for a 16.95 each order!, there was no prompt to accept ordecline order, it just went sailing through to order so reluctantly we gave our address, thought oh well live and learn we'll get the plants and really apreciate them HAHA! when the order arrived we got five sticks with roots in dry soil{blue berries} and 6 very dry peat pods in baggies with the dirt falling out very poor packaging not to mention shipped all together, but we were charged for individule shipping, we returned them promptly stating we were not satisfied and they have only credited my card for 16.95 X 2 no shipping credit...live and learn I guess but I am complaining because they have no way for customers to contact them at all I would have not ordered them if I was able to stop the order during the ordering process

I haven't ordered anything from the and now reading these complaints I definitely won't. I did check there web site out and found there E-mail: support@mymagicgarden.com and there customer support number which I did call and got an actual person answer and I just hung up:[protected] Monday thru Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST. I cut and paste both from there site. I hope this may help all in getting everything settled and possibly close this business.

i agree with complaints. / two plants were dead upon arrival and sent back no response/ no one to speak too just a recording/clients cannot cancel in mid order
it is now mid sept and the plants are now just getting some flowers on them and are all between 12 and 36 inches in height I wonder what 90 days they were talking about because they will definitely not grow to eight feet this year maybe this is someone's ideal of a joke / the mailing charges were ridiculous in cost for a box less than two pounds in weight and less than 10x16x5inches

I got by three dead plants today - they will never produce berries as far as I can tell...has anyone got their money back after returning them?

We also received our blueberry plants and two of three were dead! There was no markings on the box to state that a signature was required--we were away on holidays for 10 days in the summer! Tried to call the order number and there was no way to speak to someone for support. We contacted the post office before we left in case they were delivered before we got home and asked them to contact our neighbour for delivery, but they were left in an outside post box in 30+ heat for a few days!

I ordered 3 blueberry plants and when they finally arrived 3 weeks later i got 3 dried up dead roots! They may as well have sent an empty box. Also they double charged us. But the thing that upset me the most was the fact that there was only a recorded phone message with no one to talk to, and no email address. I'm no lawyer but as far as I understand it is illegal not to provide a phone number or email address and increasing the price after you give them your visa number. This was the first time I ever ordered anything off T.V. because I was afraid of getting ripped off, but I saw the commercial so many times I thought this has to be legit, but I was wrong. Never again will I order anything off T.V!

I agree with kateydid797, I also purchased the blueberry bushes, although mine arrived as small plants with leave's on the twigs, but the soil was spilled in the package plastic container. So much for the delivery ! I was terribly disappointed with the ordering process as you are pushed to purchase these additional products at greatly inflated shipping costs. Bad way to do business.

my magic garden Did not order 27 Blueberry plants

I phoned to order 2 blueberry plants for about $20. When I thought my 2 plant order was complete - I was told my bill would be over $154.00 for 27 plants. Unfortunately I had already given them my visa number, which then right away I phoned Visa to put my account on hold. I kept trying to phone the Magic Garden back and but just kept getting a recording and could not talk to anyone. Today I received ALL the plants, so far the amount has not come through my visa. I did phone Visa to advise them as well- as my visa has now been taken off hold. Not sure what to do next!

I watched on tv the advertising for blue berries and seeing that the price for 3 blue plants was $15.95, I ordered 3 plants. I received the plants 10 days later and saw that the 3 plants were $15.95 for each plant. I rang the person on the telephone number and she said that there were in fact 3 stems on each blue berry plant and they were $15.95 each. And then $33.00 courier and tax on top, making the bill $86. The advertising on tv does not make any attempt to explain this at all and it is, in fact, false advertising. I am certain that people all over the country are finding themselves been hoodwinked in this way and fining themselves with huge bills. Moreover they demand that you insure these plants when you return them (NOT). Watch out for these people.

My "blueberry plants" arrived tipped out with all of the branches broken off, and dead leaves. There were also 6 dry what we assumed were dry planted seeds for us to start,
but this was by then the middle of July, my tomatoes in the garden were starting to set. I ordered
these in May, and the charges were not as declared. I was moved along so quickly in the ordering
process, that I couldn't ask questions about the types of blueberries, how long they took to grow,
where to plant, etc., and they just continued with the charges, "how many do you want", adding
up until the charges came to $50.86 This didn't add up, when they were charging $15 for 3 dead
blueberry plants, and 6 dry potting plants, that I still don't know whether they have any seeds
in them. No instructions except for blueberries, and along came two bags that were made of the
cheapest fiber I have ever seen, and no explanation as to how to put the tomatoes, ( I assume that
this was for the tomatoes because the blueberries weren't shown hanging that I saw in the
commercial). I looked up the BBB, and they had complaints against them, so I know others have
also had problems, and tried to call the number supplied but was unable to get through. I hope my
credit card will back me up on these charges, they are unusable, and I am not paying to send them back.

Crappy is the only word that describes this company and their plants!
all plants were either dried out or dead on arrival, overcharging, no ability to contact to complain, total sham of advertisement, the four tomato plants out of the twelve ordered which survived delivery were very slow to grow and only yielded ten tomatoes the size of ping pong balls the plants were planted in april but didn"t even flower until late august when i returned the dead plants, i didn"t receive any credit or replacement coupons
this company should be forced to have some sense of ethics i was totally fustrated with the whole venture

I ordered 3 plants which I understood on the ad on tv was $15.95 for 3. I got a bill for 3 plants at $15.95 each! Total $86. On the bill it says I have to mail them back and pay for them to be insured and I must pay the shipping costs as well. I will contact Mastercard and tell them to cancel payment.
