Unauthorized charge
2/4/22 I was charge 3.99 I never signed up for this service. The money was taken out my personal bank account. I notice the charge when I was reviewing my monthly statement that came this weekend in the mail. I called the number on my bank statement for Mvq savings zoo got no answer. I would like the $3.99 refunded. Thank you

Unauthorized charges to my credit card
On January 12th, my CapitalOne credit card was charged for $23.87. I did not authorize this charge and have never heard of MVQ SavingsZoo.com. Please reverse the charge, give me back my money and STOP them from charging my CapitalOne account. Thanks in advance for your help in correcting this bogus charge.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I was trying to contact my health insurance company Cigna health springs when I was Re Routed to this company and told it was part of Cigna health springs and as a value customer i was being rewarded and $100.00 gift card within 7 business days. I was lucky I did not give my bank card but this company is trying to charge my Cash app card $3.99 this happened today 12/10/2021 I will be contacting Cigna and letting them know what is going on. please Stop trying to charge my debit card !

That's 3 times every time I put my card back on Google this zoo place charges me I thought we were safe with Google now it looks like someone owes me $70.00 and please tell me how to stop this fraud

Have you got your refund back
I was tricked into giving information to this company because I was booking travel over the phone from a customer service rep in Mexico last January. I have had unauthorized charges every month now and no documentation of anything. No product and no way to contact them. The customer service line listed on my bank statement does not help. It goes nowhere!
Trying to prevent them from taking my money before they start, received a letter in the mail with a membership number saying I will be charged $23.87 a month after my 15 day free trial. Don’t say when the trial period started. So if I have to I will contacting the Chamber of Commerce in my home town to see what they can do to try t shut this company down.

MVQ SavingsZoo.Com charged my bank account $2.90 on 11/12/2021 which was unauthorized
I noticed these charges on my account a couple of months ago. I called my bank to dispute the charges and told them that I never authorized this company to take money out of my account. They didn't believe me and would not refund the money. I then changed my account and canceled all cards. I got all new cards and I woke up this morning to find a charge from this [censored]ing company on my new account! WTF? Why can this not be taken care of they have been charging me $23 and $0.93 twice a month for months
15 day trial membership
I received a letter in the mail saying I had a 15 day trial membership. At the end of the 15 days my account would be charged $23.87 a month. I could call or email my cancellation. I emailed it immediately. I have no idea where, why, or how I got this letter, or why it charged account twice.
I have emailed, I verbally spoke with someone and here it is today trying to charge my card. You all need to send my 47.74 back, that yall promised me to return. I get a whole new card and I only gave my cars info so you guys could refund me, but no yall keep trying to 23.87 off it. I'm not replacing my card again, I'll just take this to my lawyer.

I do not know how they got my card number and I don't know how they got the money when my card was locked! I cannot get a hold of a single solitary person to cancel this stupid membership they got me on and refund my money back to my card as soon as possible and I will be changing my card number.
