manicpanic.com Order wasn't full and impossible to contact the seller

My friend ordered 10 nail polishes from the website www.manicpanic.com. She was really disappointed, ‘coz she got only 3 and no idea where the remaining order. She sent emails to the seller, but he ignored her and no idea what to do now. This company is full of liars and scammers, and maybe there are other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

manicpanic.com Unauthorised charges to my credit card of $309.88.

My wife ordered a sample product from manicpanic.com which she didn't receive. Instead, she received a complete set of cosmetics and an unauthorised charge was made to my credit card for the amount of $154.94. We have since received another set of cosmetics for the unauthorised amount of $154.94. This makes a total amount of unauthorised charges to my credit card of $309.88.
