I bought 2 kittens from this breeder in June. I have spent well over $5000 in cat bills after paying over 4, 000 for the cats. They are sweet cats but ill from day one. Do not trust this breeder, she lies and doesn't provide papers or accurate bloodlines. One of the cats could not breathe because her nostrils were too small (inbreeding), one if not both have feline herpes. They will always be sick and their life expectancy is unknown. I have had one Persian cat before this. She was perfect and lived to 19. She had none of these issues. I am convinced she lied about the parents. The whole thing is a scam.
Desired outcome: Shut down cattery
I wish I had seen your post before I bought a kitty from this breeder. I looked on yelp and didn’t see anything. Now having issues and found your post from last year. I’ve had him 2 weeks and he has had diarrhea the whole time. My vet said he likely has feline herpes too. Mostly a sweet cat but some behavioral issues. I am questioning the paperwork she gave me and questioning his actual birth date as the records don’t seem right. Not sure what to do now as she won’t take him back.
How are your cats doing now?
As a former persian breeder I ¹can tell kittens are not the quality to command such high prices. Barely better than pet quality, and I am being generous at that!
