They keep the reservation costs
I reserved a kitten with specific characteristics. They requested an upfront deposit before the kittens were born. I gave the chance to wait for 2 litters, but no kittens with the specs I wanted were born. The deposit was supposed to be returned in 3-4 days, but 12 days are passed by and nothing happened. Sent a text and no response.

Selling Siberian Cats
This breeder claims to be a great breeder of Siberian Cats. I have first hand experience with Mr. Del Toro and I can honestly say that he is a liar, sells sick and dying kittens, owes people money, refuses to give back deposits for kittens who have died and hasen't paid a breeder that REPLACED kittens of his that died. No buyer should pay $1500.00 for kitten that is doomed before it is born. Dean also breeds cats who have know genetic diseases and should have been eliminated from any breeding program. In addition, his cats not low allergen. Shadow's fel d1 level is a 4. Not the best number for people with allergies. Who knows what the other cats levels are, just ask for proof of their Fel d1.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
