Order not received and refund not received.
Placed an order for a tent and accessories on 9/22/22 for $746.78. On 11/1/22 sent an email to see what the delay is, received an email back saying they are waiting for an idem to come from there other warehouse and it will ship soon. 11/28/22 I emailed back to cancel order, received an email saying it could take up to 10 days for refund. It is now 1/23/23...
