I ordered a bouquet of flowers on December 21st 2020 for delivery on Christmas Eve as I could not be with my daughter and family due to Covid restrictions. I emailed the company when they did not arrive on Christmas Eve and received a general reply stating there were delays due to Covid and the hold up of delivery lorries at Dover Port. I accepted this information with a good heart and waited until the flowers were delivered. They finally arrived on December 31st, were not well packed and were in extremely poor condition. My daughter cut the stems, plunged them in to water immediately and hope for the best. After 3 days they were drooping and dying with none of the roses opening at all. I paid nearly £20 for this gift and feel extremely aggrieved at the casual uncaring attitude of the Company. I have sent two messages of complaint and tried telephoning but have had no response. My family and I have used this company many times with satisfaction, but will we will certainly avoid them in the future.
