LovelyFloraWorld review: Flowers not received

I ordered flowers for my daughter for mother's day as she is a single mum and I wanted her two boys to be able to give something nice to their mum.

Got confirmation of my order and a email saying they had been dispatched.

Nothing has arrived and I am very disappointed and so are my grandsons.

1122822 this is my order number.

26/03/2022 is when they were ment to be delivered they are now three days late.

I have not heard from royal mail yet.

Tried calling three times today and no one will answer the phone just a message to call back later.

Email and no reply ether.

I am really angry and disappointed. My daughter thinks her boys didn't remember her.

I worried as I have seen others complaints and photos of the flowers being delivered.
