I received a package from my mailman that was damaged! there is no invoice in the package and there is a pamphlet in the envelope with a vile of some kind, there are no instructions on how to use your product, nor the product itself. I went back through my emails and you told me you would send me a conformation email which I never received. I was to have 30 day free trial period and you charged my account for the full amount within 4 days ! I have not received your product and you charged my account $87.47 Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with the service and never received the full product. I don't want your product. Please credit my account for the amount of $87.47. I have contacted my credit card company and told them the whole story also. My email address is [protected]@aol.com. Please contact me after you have credited my account.

This has something to do with Samuel H Chiu a dentist by profession but a con man in reality who fooled and took advantage of people online. Just beware of this person. His name is Samuel H Chiu, from San Francisco, California. He showed the X ray of his patient in violation against the HIPAA law. I complained to UCSF but the school disregard my complaint.
